Company enters into franchise agreement for its first East Coast franchisee.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company's convenient portable storage services will be made available to over three million residents and businesses within the New Jersey counties of Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, and Warren.
