Synergy Restaurant Consultants, in conjunction with Shrimp Market's Solomon Finvarb, works to develop a menu and plans 29 new store openings by 2009. Synergy will both develop and operate the new fast food concepts and add to their 20 years of successful restaurant consulting.

Synergy Restaurant Consultants will assist Shrimp Market in developing the concept, designing the menu and growth strategy for the brand. After the successful launch and opening of the new concept, Synergy was retained to grow the concept and develop a management team to operate the restaurants in multiple states.

The concept also offers a grab-and-go product line for those consumers who are looking for carry out or in a hurry. A unique component of the concept is the merchandising of fresh cooked shrimp and the ability for guests to purchase shrimp by the pound.
