Major Step in Nationwide Expansion Gives LivHOME Coast-to-Coast Footprint

Represents Largest LivHOME Acquisition, 7th Since Beginning of 2007

LOS ANGELES (Business Wire EON/PRWEB ) October 21, 2008 -- LivHOME, Inc., the nation's largest provider of professionally led at-home care for seniors, today announced that it is acquiring the assets of AllianceCare's private duty businesses in five East Coast states.

The acquisition includes the assets of AllianceCare private duty offices in Arlington, VA; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA; and Silver Springs, MD. As LivHOME's largest acquisition to date, it provides the company with a coast-to-coast footprint and represents an important step in its nationwide expansion. Financial terms were not disclosed.

AllianceCare’s private duty offices in these 5 states is LivHOME's third acquisition in 2008, and it’s seventh since the beginning of 2007. The assets of AllianceCare, a premiere post-acute care provider, include a combination of at-home and facility-based senior-care operations.
