NV Pink Sheet OTC Company, the Board of Directors and stockholders holding a majority vote agreed to change the name of the Pink Sheet OTC Company to SHOT Spirits Corporation registered in Nevada.

Bill Marin, President of SHOT Spirit Corporation stated, "The name change was necessary to make the market aware of our strategy of investing in liquor and beverage companies and clearly shows the success of our first deal and the 15% ownership in the Beverage Pouch Group LLC, which is reflected positively in our balance sheet. At this time we are in the midst of discussions with another beverage company and this investment, should it come to fruition, would further expand our portfolio."

The Beverage Pouch Group also has a technology deal with SHOT Spirits Corporation and pays a royalty per case of ShotPak ready-to-drink cocktails sold.
