Kroger Begins Construction at Westerville Plaza
CASTO's Westerville Plaza takes on a complete façade renovation.
Columbus, OH (Vocus/PRWEB ) April 29, 2009 -- CASTO, one of the country's leading real estate organizations, announced today that Kroger will begin construction at its Westerville Plaza location which is located at the southwest corner of Schrock Road and SR-3 State Street. Kroger anticipates opening at the end of this year.

"Not only will the Kroger store be like new with more departments, and slightly larger, we are investing capital to renovate this center, which was originally built in 1976. Westerville Plaza will undergo a complete façade renovation as well which will include new signage opportunities and improved access and circulation. Currently, the center has a 13,000 square foot vacancy and several smaller retail spaces available.
