A five-course menu, created by Executive Chef Konrad Meier and Dallas' Chef Richard Chamberlain, whose Steak & Chop House and Fish Market Grill are regional favorites. A five-course menu, created by Executive Chef Konrad Meier and Dallas' Chef Richard Chamberlain, whose Steak & Chop House and Fish Market Grill are regional favorites. Advance reservations are required and seating is limited for this special dinner and accompanying wine pairings, priced at $130 per person, plus tax and gratuities. Dinner guests may take advantage of the Resort's special room rate of $150 per room, plus tax and resort fee for Saturday evening.
