Birch REA Renews Headquarters Lease in Wellesley Office Park

Commercial real estate advisory and valuation firm Birch REA Partners, Inc. renewed its headquarters lease at Wellesley Office Park for an additional five years. New England Property Advisors brokered the transaction.

The firm took advantage of the softening office market to renew their lease in one of suburban Boston's signature office parks. Wellesley Office Park, owned by Equity Office Properties, is home to some of the region's most recognizable companies, including Biogen Idec which took over 100,000 RSF in the park in 2008.
