Kansas City Lawyer Performs Trial Demonstration at Annual Statewide Convention

Robb of Kansas City's Robb & Robb, LLC performed a unique trial demonstration on final arguments and jury deliberation before the Annual meeting of The Missouri Bar, held this fall in St. Louis, Missouri. The demonstration was based on an actual case the firm had tried, and included deliberations and the rendering of a verdict by a mock jury panel. The case involved a wrongful death as a result of trucking negligence.
The audience included attorneys and judges from across the state. A Missouri Circuit Court Judge presided over the proceedings. The jurors' deliberations were videotaped and presented at the conclusion of the attorneys' final arguments.
