Dr. L. Todd Thomas has been invited to become part of the adjunct faculty at the Richard DeVos Graduate School of Management at Northwood University.

He led Organizational Learning at Rockwell Avionics and was the executive responsible for Organizational and Executive Development at DaimlerChrysler Financial Services for 10 years.
