EcoVerdance of Georgia Aims to Improve Crop Yields Worldwide with the Help of Dallas-based 4G Group

4G, of Dallas, TX, will be playing an exclusive M & A advisory and investment banking role in the execution of EcoVerdance's business plan to distribute their product that can increase crop yields dramatically and assist in growth in places where plants typically do not grow well.

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) May 22, 2009 -- In December 2008, CEO of 4G Companies, Chris Griffin, and President of 4G Global Alternatives, Hani Farid, were invited to meet with EcoVerdance, Inc., creators of a product that can increase crop yields dramatically and assist in growth in places where plants typically do not grow well. They spoke with Chairman Lanier Davenport about a possible partnership between the two companies.

In March of 2009 an agreement was reached -- 4G will be playing an exclusive M & A advisory and investment banking role in the execution of EcoVerdance's business plan. This role will include structuring, investing and financing in an effort to increase the use of EcoVerdance's plant growth enhancer.

"EcoVerdance's product solves a number of problems," Mr. Griffin says. "It goes without saying that more crops mean more food for more people, but the silver lining is increasing a country's agricultural capabilities and thereby increasing its economic security."

This all natural plant growth enhancer results in sustainable, increased crop yields in a wide variety of environmental circumstances. Treated crops make more efficient use of available water. The yield improvements and profits generated from increased crop performance and nutritional quality can greatly improve farmers' businesses.

The increase in plant life and quality improve biomass production and help reduce carbon dioxide in the air. EcoVerdance has quantified the process in university studies and site testing worldwide and is in the process of validating the net carbon sequestered in order to create carbon credits and offset carbon footprints.

During the fourth quarter of this year, EcoVerdance will begin manufacturing, delivering and selling their product domestically and in developing countries.

"4G's involvement should make this expansion go as smoothly as possible," Mr. Farid commented.
