Hospice & Palliative Care of Westchester to Host Seventh Annual Golf Invitational
Hospice & Palliative Care of Westchester will hold its Seventh Annual Golf Invitational on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at Westchester Hills Golf Club, 401 Ridgeway, White Plains. Proceeds generated from the event will support Hospice & Palliative Care of Westchester in its mission to provide comfort, care and compassion to every individual and family facing a serious or life-threatening illness.
White Plains, NY (PRWEB) May 20, 2009 -- Hospice & Palliative Care of Westchester will hold its Seventh Annual Golf Invitational on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at Westchester Hills Golf Club, 401 Ridgeway, White Plains. Proceeds generated from the event will support Hospice & Palliative Care of Westchester in its mission to provide comfort, care and compassion to every individual and family facing a serious or life-threatening illness.
Registration will begin at 10:30 a.m. with brunch/lunch. The practice range will also be available. A shotgun start will follow at 12:30. At 5:00 p.m., a cocktail reception, dinner and an awards ceremony will be held.
Co-chairmen of the event include John D'Agostino of Tarrytown; Larry Dix of Hartsdale; William F. Flooks, Jr. of White Plains; James O'Toole of Darien, Conn.; James Steets of Middletown; and John Zanzarella of Briarcliff.
The Grand Sponsor of the Invitational is Entergy, and the sponsor is Hartsdale-based Hildegarde C. Becher Foundation, Inc. The sponsor is Beecher Funeral Home, Inc., Pleasantville.
The Hole-in-One contest, sponsored by Arroway Chevrolet Saab Hummer, Inc., Katonah will enable participants to compete for a new 2009 Saab.
