Founded in 2007 by Chef Sam Kass, the Inevitable Table has been the Obama's personal chef service of choice. Since joining the presidential family in Washington DC as Assistant White House Chef and Food Initiatives Coordinator, Kass has handed the reigns over to fellow chef Anthony Nicalo of Vancouver, BC.
Nicalo shares Kass' vision for Inevitable Table. As Kass says, "we are guides who navigate our clients through the chaos of food choices, one person at a time, one family at a time. Through healthy meals, we share our understanding of how food can improve our health, increase our energy, and connect us with our land and local community in a sustainable way.
