The contest is open to U.S. citizens above 21 years of age. To participate contestants need to simply prepare a recipe that emphasizes the usage of herb(s). Those herb(s) should include but not be
limited to Basil, Cilantro, Parsley, Oregano, Dill, and grilling herbs. The contestants will need to take a picture of their finalized dish.

All applications need to be sent to recipe(at)daregalgourmet.com before May 15th, 2009 with a picture of the dish as well as the recipe text.
