CareNow® Renews Accreditation from AAAHC

CareNow has renewed their accreditation from Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare.

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) May 2, 2009 -- CareNow® believes that quality healthcare for patients begins with quality staff and equipment. That is why they voluntarily seek out accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare (AAAHC) every three years. The accreditation process lasts for three days and some areas examined are governance, right of patients, administration, quality of care, quality management, health information management, facilities and environment, extra services, urgent care, diagnostics, financials and safety.

CareNow® voluntarily seeks this accreditation through the AAAHC to improve quality of care and quality of service to their patients. During the accreditation, physicians, managers, directors, supervisors, administrators, and clinic staff are interviewed and a review of charts is conducted.

CareNow® has been providing North Texas with over 15 years of service and now has 22 locations around the DFW area. All CareNow® locations have Board Certified physicians on staff and the group is one of the only primary care facilities in Texas to voluntarily pass the rigorous certification requirements of the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare (AAAHC).
