The traditional Wyndham Orange County Mother's Day brunch will include an abundant selection of fresh fruits and produce, muffins and croissants, cooked-to-order omelets, eggs benedict, cheese blintzes, country style potatoes, Belgian waffles, French toast, bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs.
In addition to these breakfast classics, luncheon items will include shrimp cocktail, smoked salmon, gourmet salads, chicken piccata, a carving station, wild rice primavera, and seasonal vegetables, topped off with an array of desserts including a decadent chocolate fountain.
