Mr. Parcells comes to Illinois Casualty Company with more than 27 years experience in the insurance industry, previously serving as Senior Underwriter for Apex Insurance Manager and Senior Specialty Executive Underwriter for CNA Insurance. In addition to being an active member of the CPCU Society, including being past President of the Chicago CPCU Chapter, Mr. Parcell's strong background in the management of pricing, coverage, distribution, and compliance will serve him well in his role as Program Manager.
