Make Better Hires Improves Recruiting Efforts, Strengthens Team

Get Better Hires, the patent pending employee engagement diagnostic software from Improved Experience, is allowing clients to improve recruiting efforts, create stronger teams and increase credibility with candidates.

(Vocus/PRWEB ) April 10, 2009 -- For Kim Giglio, Director of Recruitment at MultiCare Health System in Tacoma WA, this has meant new insights into candidate perceptions that were formerly difficult to measure. “The data has been very helpful,” said Kim Giglio, and Get Better Hires user. “It validated some assumptions and gave us the data to support where we thought we needed to focus our improvement efforts.”

Giglio also said she appreciates the flexibility of the software and its “amazing ability to generate real time reports.” Her team of seven recruiters rely on the groundbreaking software to keep a close eye on points of candidate engagement and disengagement throughout the hiring process.

Both Get Better Hires and its sister product, Make Better Hires, measure perceptions and experience at every stage of the recruiting and hiring process by allowing participants to give anonymous feedback, which is then aggregated in real time to provide the dashboard numbers that are the products’ hallmark. Get Better Hires is first and foremost a diagnostic reporting tool, but Giglio mentions that the survey interface is helping to enhance MultiCare's employer branding efforts.

“Absolutely. I have had candidates comment that they were impressed we took the time to ask,” said Giglio. “I’ve had senior level recruits go through the tool and be really surprised. It gives us increased credibility.”

Get Better Hires is a boon to healthcare systems, many of whom are still fighting the “war for talent”. Giglio said the product gives her team "increased credibility and a strategic advantage” over competitors that don't engage candidates in a similar manner.

“(Co-Founders) Alise and Claudia did their homework, tested the tool, didn’t rush to market,” said Giglio. "Maybe that’s why Get Better Hires is both powerful AND easy to use."

“It’s super simple,” said Giglio “It doesn’t take a rocket scientist.”

Improved Experience offers business intelligence solutions for use in Human Resources, Recruiting and Staffing. From the earliest point of contact and throughout the full employment life cycle, the Better Hires suite of products from Improved Experience measures and benchmarks critical indicators of workforce engagement and employer brand. Improved Experience products are real-time and subscription-based, utilizing patent-pending survey technology. Global sales, operations and customer support are provided from Dallas, Miami and Copenhagen.
