Inwood, California (PRWEB) April 1, 2009 -- The official grand opening of Anselmo Vineyards Winery & Tasting Room will be held on Saturday & Sunday, April 18th & 19th, 2009 from Noon to 6:00pm at the 7 Hills Land and Cattle Company, located at 28740 Inwood Road, Inwood Ca.
Anselmo Vineyards will celebrate the grand opening throughout the weekend, with a tasting "passport" for $20.00. The passport offers visitors a sampling of award winning wines and appetizers, all situated on a 2200 acre working cattle ranch. Saturday, April 18th also features live music by the Sin City Band.
Anselmo Vineyards is a 15 acre vineyard which features merlot, cabernet sauvignon, petit verdot, sauvignon blanc, and gewürztraminer varietals. The wines were recently awarded silver and bronze medals in the 2009 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.
Additional products produced and sold on the ranch include natural lamb and organic and natural beef, honey, hay, lavender products and a gift shop. Plans are underway for fly-fishing in the spring fed ponds.
Visitors will enjoy majestic views of green pastures and the Trinity Range from the tasting room which was rebuilt on the structure of the original 1850's ranch house.
Anselmo Vineyards is open for wine tasting Tuesday thru Sunday, 11:00am to 6:00pm.
