Rita C. Mabli Honored by American College of Health Care Administrators

United Hebrew Geriatric Center (UHGC) President/CEO Rita C. Mabli was recently honored at the New York Chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrator's (ACHCA) 40th Annual Convention.

New Rochelle, NY (PRWEB) March 25, 2009 -- United Hebrew Geriatric Center (UHGC) President/CEO Rita C. Mabli was recently honored at the New York Chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrator's (ACHCA) 40th Annual Convention.

Mabli was chosen for being a highly respected administrator within the field of long term care and having had a great impact in the field.

A non-profit professional membership association, ACHCA provides educational programming, professional certification and career development opportunities for its members. It also identifies, recognizes, and supports long term care leaders, advocating for their mission and promoting excellence in their profession.

"We are delighted that Rita has been recognized for her career successes," said Michael Rozen, Chair of the UHGC Board of Directors. "Her leadership in overseeing the development of our new home supports ACHCA's recognition that Rita truly is a leader in her field."

UHGC is at the forefront of long term care and will open its new state-of-the-art nursing and rehabilitation center later this spring. The new home will feature private rooms overlooking the Long Island Sound, wireless internet and a landscaped courtyard garden. The home will mimic individual neighborhoods and will create a strong sense of community.
