Brinker International Announces Reopening of Chili's Restaurant in Reading, UK

Brinker International (NYSE: EAT) has reopened its Chili's restaurant location at The Oracle in Reading. The kitchen of the restaurant underwent a renovation after a small fire occurred after business hours on January 7, 2009.

Reading, UK (PRWEB) March 16, 2009 -- Brinker International (NYSE: EAT) has reopened its Chili's restaurant location at The Oracle in Reading. The kitchen of the restaurant underwent a renovation after a small fire occurred after business hours on January 7, 2009.

Chili's seized the opportunity to incorporate the latest kitchen and cooking technology, designed to provide efficient service with high quality. After completely re-building the kitchen, Chili's Reading (www.chilis.uk.com/locations/reading.html) reopened at The Oracle on March 11.

The restaurant, which originally opened in 2000, seats 250 guests and employs more than 65 people.
