Lake Placid, New York (PRWEB) March 9, 2009 -- The fourth annual Adirondack Festival of Food and Wine takes place in Lake Placid at the Mirror Lake Inn Resort & Spa. Our destination has always been a choice for outdoor enthusiasts, who come for the natural beauty, but are always pleasantly surprised by the number of restaurants as well as the quality and sophistication of our food.

In addition to many highly-accomplished visiting chefs, the Inn's Executive Chef Greg Michaud will be joined by two local favorites: Kevin Gregg from Caffe Rustica and Richard Brosseau from the Interlaken. Also on hand will be the makers of Lake Placid's new vodka, P3, as well as the brew masters of our own UBU ale from The Lake Placid Pub and Brewery.
