He has been involved in the Middle East Peace Process -- with Israeli, Jordanian, and Palestinian scientists, planners, and policy makers and, with Romania on environmental issues during its efforts to join the European Union. He has also worked extensively in Latin America with a variety of government and NGO organizations in agriculture, security, water issues and catastrophe intelligence that involve myriad intricacies for large cities and country-level organizations.
