Trios' Executive Chef, Morgan Wilson, has prepared mouth-watering lunch and dinner menus for Winterlicious. The lunch menu offers Canadian-inspired classics including maple roasted butternut squash soup, Vodka cured B.C. wild salmon with cucumber, roasted winter vegetable casserole with truffle oil, and Ontario apple crumble with french vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Just as delicious, the dinner menu offers choices including red wine braised chicken with cipolini onions and bacon, pan roasted walleye with tomato, olive and lemon, and chocolate tart with confit strawberries and hazelnut brittle for dessert.
