VivaReal Network Expands into Latin America Launching Real Estate Listing Portal
VivaReal has its sights set on being a market leader in the online real estate world in Latin America with its new addition, VivaReal.net.
Santa Rosa, CA (PRWEB) December 17, 2008 -- As millions of baby boomers retire, many are struggling with the high cost of living in the United States. Mexico, Costa Rica and Panama have become the new Florida. Retirees are looking to Latin America for its low cost of living, affordable health care and and less expensive real estate.
VivaReal.net is helping retirees, expats, vacationers and investors find property south of the border. The real estate site recently launched with several thousand listings including Mexico real estate, Costa Rica real estate as well as properties in Panama and the Dominican Republic. In the first quarter of 2009 it will be adding most countries in Central and South America as well as the Caribbean.
"Having bought property in Latin America before I can attest to the lack of reliable resources online. I saw it as an opportunity to expand VivaReal into Latin America," states Brian Requarth the company's founder.
Real estate agents, brokers and individuals can register on the site and upload their listings for free. The site will remain free until the summer of 2009 when it plans on offering a subscription for those professionals looking for more exposure.
VivaReal Network currently operates the leading Hispanic real estate portal in the United States, VivaReal.us. The site is the official website of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), a non-profit with over 15,000 members nationwide.
