Its menu includes traditional Tuscan recipes dating back to the Renaissance such as Penne Strascicate (penne pasta with hearty meat and porcini mushroom sauce) and Arista di Maiale (roasted pork loin with spices).

About Chef SayWhen:
Chef Seien Raugei trained in Italy and New York prior to her moving to Atlanta. She has worked as a private chef for some of the most prominent families in Atlanta.
