Breakfast Banana Split

1 banana, peeled and split
1 orange, peeled & chopped
1 kiwi fruit, peeled & chopped
½ cup raspberries or strawberries
1 big scoop nonfat frozen yogurt

Arrange the banana on a small plate or dish. Top with the frozen yogurt. Smother with the mixed fruit. Dig in and enjoy. Makes one serving

Pink Breakfast Shake

2 cups low fat strawberry yogurt
2 oranges, peeled and chopped
¼ cup wheat germ
¼ cup honey

Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover. Process for 20 seconds until smooth. Pour into tall glasses. Makes 4 servings
