Visitors Get a Glimpse of New Homes Plan for Rural Development

STAMFORD Homes celebrated the official launch of its rural development in Helpston, near Peterborough, Cambridgeshire with a special preview day. Visitors to the village hall were able to take a 'virtual' tour of the proposed Poet's Corner development, thanks to a detailed 3D model - and find out just what is on offer.

(PRWEB) August 10, 2008 -- Stamford Homes Connections manager Juliana Russell hosted the preview day, and was able to give prospective customers an insight into Stamford's new homes in Cambridgeshire.

The event came on the back of huge forward interest and a number of reservations at Poet's Corner, where a range of plush 42 two, three and four-bedroom homes will make up the development.

Forward interest has been sparked thanks to the company's innovative Connections service - introduced last summer - which enables customers to choose their home from plan before a sales and marketing suite has even been opened on a development.

Juliana said: "Customers can also personalise it by selecting from our range of kitchens, bathrooms and other fittings," she added. "We would encourage people to come and talk to us now, to take advantage of some great deal - they don't have to wait until a showhome is open or we have a sales presence on the development."

Much of the interest in Helpston - a well-respected village on the outskirts of Peterborough - was generated following on from Stamford Homes' popular development at the nearby St Pega's Court in Peakirk.
