Rotate Black, Inc. Announces its Agreement to Merge with Solstice International, Inc.
Rotate Black, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROBK.PK) announced today that it has reached an agreement to merge its operations with Solstice International, Inc. a privately held resort and gaming corporation.
Petoskey, Mich. (PRWEB) February 19, 2008 -- Dual Cooper, President and CEO of Solstice International, Inc. stated that: "The merger creates a very exciting opportunity for the Company to cost effectively expand its operations while accelerating value creation for its shareholders."
Under terms of the Agreement, Solstice International shareholders of record at the time of the merger will receive one share of Rotate Black common stock for each share held in Solstice International, Inc. The transaction is anticipated to close within the following 45 days.
