Beaumont, TX (PRWEB) January 23, 2008 -- First Fidelity Reserve announces that it has officially added the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative into its company's agenda.

Jason Whitney, the General Manager of the company is the person responsible for implementing this initiative into the policies of First Fidelity Reserve. "This is not simply a social do-gooders' catch phrase, but an actual practice that corporate America has embraced as part of a positive business model to retain clients and employees," stated Mr. Whitney. "Working for a company that generates good karma through actions that reach out to the community helps foster a positive working environment."

Whitney, stated that, "People prefer to work for a successful coin company that also aspires to be good. Employees recognize there is a benefit to their careers to have a good company on their resumes. A company that is recognized not only for its services and products sold, but also its benevolence to those in need in the community."

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is embraced by many companies the world over including coin companies. It is a welcomed change to corporate behavior. In a time where monster size corporations like Global Crossing, Enron, and Worldcom have seriously eroded and blacken the perception of big business, CSR shines like a beacon as the moral bright light of the new era. It is the commencement of corporation's new evolution. Today for a company to become great it needs to embrace Corporate Social Responsibility, so it will attract the best of the best for executives and employees.

"CSR has become part of First Fidelity Reserve's Culture & Values," Mr. Whitney elaborated. "We have a firm commitment to keep sharing First Fidelity Reserve's blessings with others, especially our customers, employees and communities in which we operate, through sustained CSR initiatives."

How do employees and management practice this noble corporate attribute? In the case of First Fidelity Reserve, they become involved in many of the agencies that assist people in need and in addition they actively look for ways to benefit their community.

Mr. Whitney mentioned some of their contributions to community causes in 2007. One was the family of a young man who lost his life in a terrible automobile accident. His untimely death left behind a widow and two infant children. With the help of Wesley United Methodist Church, First Fidelity Reserve was able to provide funds for the family's Christmas season. They have also adopted roads, provided numerous children at Christmas with toys, clothing, and food. First Fidelity Reserve also helps children with schooling needs and a bevy of other benevolent acts.

Jason Whitney sums up his view of Corporate Social Responsibility, "Hopefully, with the blossoming of the new CSR culture in the corporate environment, a better spirited corporate conscience will evolve."
