LivHOME Acquires AngelCare Services
Long Beach acquisition further strengthens LivHOME footprint in Southern California. Transaction follows LivHOME's four acquisitions in 2007.
Los Angeles (PRWEB) January 15, 2008 -- LivHOME, Inc., (www.livhome.com) the nation's largest provider of professionally led at-home care for seniors, today announced the acquisition of AngelCare Services in Long Beach, CA.
The purchase strengthens LivHOME's Southern California presence, providing continuous market coverage from Los Angeles to San Diego County. AngelCare Services has provided home care to seniors in the Long Beach area since 2003.
