Jasmin K. Morad Joins Klinedinst's Business Litigation Department
The growth of Klinedinst PC's Los Angeles law office continues with the addition of Jasmin K. Morad. Before joining Klinedinst, Ms. Morad practiced in New York City on surety, financial and D&O reinsurance claims, including those arising out of the collapse of Enron. A graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law, her practice focuses primarily on serving business clients in a wide variety of cases, including intellectual property, employment/labor and complex litigation.

A California native, Ms. Morad came to Klinedinst after spending close to four years in private practice in New York City. While in New York, Ms. Morad's practice focused on resolving high-value lawsuits involving directors' and officers' liability (D&O) claims. She also successfully litigated cases involving automobile residual value losses and environmental and asbestos issues. She was also called upon to litigate surety, financial and D&O reinsurance claims that were filed as a result of the infamous Enron collapse.

Ms. Morad received her J.D. cum laude from Syracuse University in 2002. While attending law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Department of Justice and the Honorable David E. Peebles in the Northern District of New York. She is active in several L.A.-based community organizations, including the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Iranian-American Bar Association and the Practice Trial Inn of Court.
